Biography:
After a varied career, Angus qualified as a nurse in 2006 and worked clinically in NHS Greater Glasgow in Forensic Services for seven years. Relocating to South Ayrshire, Angus joined Combat Stress and worked for five years in a residential treatment centre for military veterans with PTSD.
On leaving Combat Stress, Angus worked as a locum civilian nurse for the Ministry of Defence in Kinloss and Cyprus. Angus joined UHI in January 2021 and teaches across the undergraduate nursing degree programme.
