Lisa Ryder, HNC Social Sciences
" I love the friendliness of all the staff, the mix of students that you meet online from all over Scotland, and the accessibility of the mode of study. I am just grateful for the experience and the chance to better myself academically. My personal academic tutor has been so supportive, given me a few pep talks and encouraged me to believe in my abilities. "
Emma Roxburgh, BA (Hons) Child and Youth Studies student
"I had thought about going to Glasgow to study but after looking at my options I decided on Argyll College UHI as it was closer to home and I could fit my work and volunteering around my studies better."
Emma really enjoys being able to stay close to home during her studies and in her spare time she volunteers at an after-school club and is also part of the Oban Lorne Ladies Rugby Club. Once she graduates Emma is considering continuing on to our Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (Primary).
Elizabeth Hope, BA (Hons) Health Studies
"I can choose when I fit my studies in and where I study. I can even study in my local coffee shop over my favourite latte if I want! I absolutely love the freedom this course has given me."
